Chromium is an essential mineral involved in key processes maintaining normal macronutrient metabolism and normal blood glucose levels. The declared daily amount in the recommended daily dose of 2 capsules (500 mg) is lower than the maximum allowable quantity and represents 250% of the recommended daily intake, which is higher than the minimum daily quantity of this mineral in food.
